A journey into your mind
In a Fantasy World
I’m Enric Mads – a regular human (or am I?) who live in "what is called" the universe.
I'm on here. To show you a world that's a little bit magnificent, a little bit dangerous, and a whole lot of what the hell just happened?..
Now, here’s the twist: this world isn’t made of simple fantasy. Oh no, it’s built on something much juicier. It’s a world shaped by what we see, what others want us to see, and – the real fun part – how we choose to interpret it.
I am a observer
With my exhibition Máscara "Máscara" Here I am an observer of the mystery, of how our brain will be distracted and in a way manipulate us when we see something that does not have any realizable ground.
«Out of the water»
A cinematic experience of the beauty that arises in the clear quiet water. On a beach in the north of Denmark on a sunny day in october.
The spiritual living in the sea. Orchestrated by the whispering music of the ocean’s waves that quietly meet the shore.
See a new world
I invite you to join me in the world of extraordinary beauties.
-Lands of new perspectives in your imagination.
-A look into your mind and the understanding of how easily the brain can be manipulated.
Ask your friend. What do you see? You will imagen many different answers
An Exhibition on Lanzarote
“Máscara” A journey into your mind
El Aljibe de Haría. Lanzarote.
An exhibition by Enric Mads
The exhibition hall “El Aljibe de Haría” is located in the town of Haría. The Gallery is in an old cistern that was formerly used to capture and store water for the city in times when water was a scarce commodity.
Now it houses temporary exhibitions of art. Access to the room is down a staircase under the city.
The old cistern is about 200m2 and organized around a floor-length glass skylight that provides natural light and ventilation to the room. The flooring is made of wood and basalt stone edges, which provides not only aesthetic beauty but also aeration of the floor.
The 10 Cards
In this way, in 1921, Herman Rorschach made the 10 cards with a reflection image. He projected these cards to people and asked them simple questions about what they saw.
Abstract art Seeking order in chaos
Nature itself inspires us to look for order in chaos: an infinite number and variety of objects and shapes seen constantly and unnoticed at the same time, the multiplicity of different structures of matter. But the alertness of our eye causes the ephemeral to leave a mark; Changes becomes order. Read more...
I believe in Fantasy. And you?
I invite you to join me and see the world with my eyes
Have you seen?
- The Blue forests -
The world from a blue forest perspective. The ocean is becoming darker, warmer, more acidic, more polluted, and more prone to extreme events such as storms.
